(Check your local listings here) The hit cooking show returns with three-time Taste award-winning, vegan chef and host Laura Theodore at home, preparing delectable food, including some of her personal favorite recipes.

Focusing on easy weeknight suppers, classic weekend menus, and festive holiday family fare, Season Eight of Jazzy Vegetarian showcases vegan recipes for everyone who is looking to jazz-up mealtimes, by adding more plant-based meals into their weekly menu plan.

Produced with support from Earth Fare and Papa Vince, highlights of this exciting season include main dishes like: Zucchini Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti Squash “Capellini,” Black Bean-Zucchini Burritos with Almond Crème Fraîche, Vegan Sukiyaki, and gluten-free Red Pepper Crustless Quiche. Served on the side: Garam Masala Sweet Potato Bites, Maple Roasted Portobello “Bacon,” and Peanut-y Carrot Noodles. Dazzling desserts include: No-Bake Cinnamon-Chocolate Pudding Cakes, Lemon-Raspberry Swirl Cheeze-Cake, Apple-Cranberry Crumble and Dairy-Free “Ice-Cream” Sandwiches.
