Laura had so much fun sharing her “Spaghetti and Wheatballs” supper with Julie Chen and Sara Gilbert on THE TALK on CBS, while Sheryl Underwood, Sharon Osbourne and Carnie Wilson sampled her tasty White Bean-Cashew Dip and Vegan Chocolate Cake!

Thank you to MEAT FREE MONDAYS for featuring so many of Laura’s recipes. Launched by Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney, Meat Free Monday is a not-for-profit campaign that encourages people to help slow climate change, conserve natural resources and improve their health by having at least one plant-based day each week

A highlight for Laura was being featured on the cover of AMERICAN VEGAN MAGAZINE! The American Vegan Society promotes clarity in people’s understanding of veganism, supplies a moral compass, and offers resources for those interested in adopting or learning more about the vegan journey.

Laura was super excited to walk the HBO Red Carpet at a Farm Sanctuary Fundraising Event, along with other vegan attendees like Bones star Emily Deschanel and SNL alum Kevin Nealon. Laura was invited to MC the gala event in Los Angeles, which was a huge honor! Laura was featured on ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT / INSIDER in the story about the event.
