Fans of this highly successful series know that vegan chef Laura Theodore can turn any meal into a delicious special occasion. In season four, viewers will learn to make a portable picnic, a Mexican fiesta, and even a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner.
Some of the many recipe highlights include a dairy-free and gluten-free pumpkin pie, holiday stuffing casserole, butternut squash bisque, kale with creamy walnut sauce, cauliflower, sweet potato and celery chowder, polenta pizza, and cherry-chocolate taco cookies.
