ABOUT THE RECIPE – Ralph says: “This cocktail is perfect for holiday sipping!”
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces of pear nectar
2 ounces of vanilla flavored (vegan) vodka
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 dashes of aromatic (vegan) cocktail bitters
Thin slices of pear and lime to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the first four ingredients to an ice filled shaker, secure the lid, and shake it like crazy! Strain the mixture into an ice filled “low ball” glass or tumbler. Float a slice of pear and a slice of lime on top and you’re ready to celebrate!

ABOUT THE RECIPE – Ralph says: “Lime juice and alcohol-free aromatic bitters lend a cocktail like complexity to this festive, holiday worthy, alcohol-free drink!”
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces of blueberry juice
2 ounces of cranberry juice
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 dashes on alcohol-free aromatic (vegan) cocktail bitters
Fresh blueberries and a thin lime slice, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour the first four ingredients into an ice filled shaker, secure the lid and shake it like crazy! Strain into an ice filled red wine glass. Float 3 or 4 blueberries on top, add the lime slice and serve!

ABOUT THE RECIPE – Ralph says: “This wine-based drink is spiked with orange liqueur and sweetened with mango nectar and fresh fruit.”
Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
One 750 ml bottle of (vegan) Pinot Grigio
1 cup of mango nectar
1/2 cup of orange liqueur
1 ripe mango peeled and sliced (or cubed)
1 navel orange, thinly sliced
1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the fruit into a large pitcher. Pour the Pinot Grigio, mango nectar, and orange liqueur over the fruit; stir to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
To serve: Scoop some of the fruit into a white wine glass and then fill the glass with the sangria. Cheers!
