ABOUT THE RECIPE:
This zingy Salsa-licious Guacamole is so easy to make and it’s a real crowd-pleaser. I like to serve this dandy dip with fresh veggie sticks, crackers or (as pictured) tortilla chips.
Makes 4 servings
1 medium ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1/3 cup mild, medium or hot salsa, plus more as needed
Put the avocado and salsa in a bowl and mash with a potato masher or large fork, until combined.
Taste and add more salsa, if desired. Garnish with parsley or cilantro sprigs (optional), and serve.
