Here’s an energizing combination of berries, bananas, and baby greens. Using frozen bananas makes for an extra-thick smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

2 small bananas, peeled and frozen
2 cups mixed baby greens or baby spinach, lightly packed
1 to 1½ cups frozen raspberries or blueberries
1 to 2 cups water or dairy-free milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the bananas, greens, berries, and 1 cup of the water or dairy-free milk in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more water or dairy-free milk as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
