Dr. Bowden, is a nationally known expert on weight loss, nutrition and health, and he is the best-selling author of seven books including “The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth”
March 24th, Micheal Castaldo: Today I welcome award-winning songwriter, producer and recording artist, Michéal Castaldo who released his third CD of Italian music, Aceto, on June 15, 2010. The album, honoring his late father Pasquale, includes 14 classic and 2 original Italian songs whose themes evoke feelings of grace, healing and remembrance. “Aceto” means vinegar in Italian, so I’ll be sharing summer salad recipes and vinegar based dressings.
