April 27TH, FORKS OVER KNIVES (Brian Wendel and Lee Fulkerson): Today we’ll discuss the groundbreaking feature film, “Forks over Knives,” which examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the so-called “diseases of affluence” that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods. The film opens in theatres on May 6th, 2011.
