Today on Jazzy Vegetarian Radio I chatted with the fabulous cookbook author, teacher and chef, Robin Asbell. She talked about her cookbook, "The New Vegetarian," and shared great tips on how to eat healthy in 2011. One of her top tips for busy folks who want to cook healthy at home is to "prepare in advance." Robin explains how to decide on your menu and ingredients well ahead of time so you don't end up "munching on crackers" for dinner! Her "New Vegetarian" cookbook is chock full of great recipes such as "Easy Spilt Pea Soup," "Morrocan Squash Tangine" and Spicy Yoshi Tofu Hand Rolls. I shared my recipe of the week which is a delish pasta you can make in 15 minutes YUM... "Red, White and Green One Pot Pasta!"
